AIRT Unveils Updated Brand Identity for DRONERESPONDERS in Support of Public Safety UAS Initiatives
Refreshed logo embodies the growth and evolution of the DRONERESPONDERS non-profit program since its launch by AIRT just two-years ago
MIAMI BEACH, FL – April 29, 2021 – The Airborne International Response Team (AIRT), the leading 501(c)3 organization supporting Drones For Good™ for emergencies and disaster response, today unveiled an updated and modernized brand identify for DRONERESPONDERS, the world’s fastest-growing non-profit program supporting public safety unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) programs and operations.
The refreshed logo contains the familiar DRONERESPONDERS red, black, and white color scheme, along with an updated, bolder font style which is accompanied by a modernized, slanted badge icon which has a drone symbol emblazoned upon it. The badge is tilted forward to pay tribute to first responders who fearlessly head into danger to help others. The symbology denotes the confident track that the program continues to blaze in the public safety drone sector. All elements were designed to pay homage to the legacy of the original DRONERESPONDERS brand identity which entered duty upon the launch of the program in 2019.
“We have now officially entered the third decade of the 21st century and we are seeing technological evolution unlike any before witnessed by human-kind,” says Chief Charles Werner (ret.), Director, DRONERESPONDERS. “Our new brand identity will better represent DRONERESPONDERS, our members, and our partners as we continue to grow and evolve alongside unmanned and autonomous aviation, as well as the entire public safety sector.”
The new look of DRONERESPONDERS was released on the cusp of the DRONERESPONDERS Global Public Safety UAS Summit at AUVSI’s XPONENTIAL (Online) – the virtual edition of the world’s largest unmanned systems conference. The updated brand will be used by DRONERESPONDERS on all new projects moving forward, as the original logo is retired from service.
